Media and public relation

Carina Olset Hovda

Carina Olset Hovda has over 20 years of experience as a sports journalist and is one of the people in the country who has worked closest to women's football. As a host, she led the broadcasts of the Toppserien (the top women's football league in Norway), the Cup, and national team matches on NRK (Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation). From 2012 to 2022, she fronted all championships, both for women and men, on the state channel.

In the fall of 2022, Hovda changed her field and now works as an advisor at the communication agency Corporate Communications AS. There, she utilizes all her experience to provide media training, develop communication strategies, facilitate media sales, and storytelling. She knows all the tricks in the book, with her experience both in front of and behind the camera, and especially as an interviewee.

Carina helps you embrace the attention that the media can bring and is a perfect sparring partner for those who want to build their profile, strengthen their own brand, or for those who simply need some good advice when dealing with the media

Tom Arne Stormo

Tom Arne Stormo has been a football coach since 2006, specializing in youth and senior football for both boys and girls. For 10 years, he served as the main responsible for the regional teams J2000, J2004, and J2006 in the Norwegian Football Federation (NFF) Akershus.

His most recent coaching experience was as a Top Player Developer at LSK Kvinner FK from 2017 to 2021, with a primary focus on providing individual player development for the most talented players.
Tom Arne Stormo currently holds the position of a lecturer with additional education at Nydalen VGS (Nydalen Upper Secondary School), where he is responsible for the subject of Top-level Football.

Tom Arne Stormo holds a Master's degree in Physical Education and Sports Sciences from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences. Additionally, he possesses a UEFA A license and a UEFA B license in Player Development

Chiropractor

Thomas Lauvsnes

We are pleased to have Thomas Lauvsnes as a team at Fides. With an MSc in Chiropractic from AECC and specialized certifications including CCEP, DNS, and IASTM Technique, Thomas brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our agency.

Their areas of interest encompass various aspects of chiropractic care, including injuries and pain management related to the foot, ankle, calf, and knee. They also excel in chronic pain assessment, providing comprehensive evaluation for individuals experiencing persistent discomfort.

Sports medicine, rehabilitation, and training are among Thomas's key areas of expertise. They are adept at designing personalized rehabilitation programs to help clients recover and enhance their overall well-being. Additionally, Thomas offers follow-up care and support to our clients.
